1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and 58bd (the "Platform", "we", "our", or "us") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://58bd.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered through it.

By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 58bd platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the 58bd platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 58bd platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You warrant and represent, on an ongoing basis, that you satisfy all of the following conditions at all times while using the platform:

• Age: You are at least 18 years of age. 58bd is an adults-only platform. Persons under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any feature of the platform.
• Legal capacity: You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Personal use: You are accessing the platform solely for your own personal entertainment and are not acting on behalf of any other person, entity, or organisation.
• Not self-excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any similar restriction imposed by 58bd or any other gambling platform.
• No professional restriction: You are not an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of any employee of 58bd or any of its affiliated game providers.

58bd reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by 58bd may result in suspension of account access and retention of any funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 58bd features, including deposits, withdrawals, and real-money betting, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

3.1 Account Accuracy

You are required to provide truthful information at the time of registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. 58bd reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or permanently close any account where inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information is detected.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 58bd platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 58bd will close all additional accounts and may forfeit balances associated with those accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 58bd staff will never ask you for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 58bd immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to player safety and responsible gaming, 58bd may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be required.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

58bd supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the 58bd platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless specifically stated in a promotion.
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 58bd balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 58bd does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into your account and is registered in your name.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification as described in Section 3.4.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified on the platform at the time of the request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and volume of requests.
• Funds derived from bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied. See Section 5 for details.
• 58bd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.4 General Bonus Conditions

58bd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably believes that a player has abused the bonus system, exploited technical errors, or acted in bad faith. The decision of 58bd on bonus-related matters is final.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 58bd platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification;
• Using another person's payment method to deposit funds without their express consent;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches in any game or platform feature for financial gain;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events on which 58bd offers betting markets;
• Using the 58bd platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses 58bd staff or other users.

58bd monitors account activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, withdrawals from the account under review may be placed on hold pending the outcome.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 58bd platform — including but not limited to the 58bd brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 58bd or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 58bd platform without prior written consent from 58bd.

Game content provided by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective companies. Their brand names and trademarks are used on 58bd under licence and remain the property of their owners.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or account balance due to technical malfunctions or connectivity issues;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by maintenance, server outages, or external technical factors;
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms;

58bd makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information but does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by 58bd

58bd reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is necessary for security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes.

11.2 Permanent Closure by 58bd

Where a serious breach of these Terms is confirmed, 58bd may permanently close your account. In such cases, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited where the breach relates to fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8. Where closure is not the result of a breach, any genuine real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 58bd account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus balances will be assessed. Genuine real-money balances at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

11.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 58bd reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts as specified in the platform's current fee schedule, provided that the remaining balance will not be reduced below zero.

12 Amendments to These Terms

58bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
